Nocpix Quest H50R review: Top-class operating features

The Nocpix Quest H50R impresses with its compact and lightweight design. The compact design is more reminiscent of a 40mm lens, making the Quest particularly handy and comfortable to use. Weighing only 750g, it feels even lighter thanks to its ergonomic design. The included Carrying bag ensures easy transport and high comfort during outdoor activities such as hunting and exploring.

The device has a rubber cap that protects the front glass. However, it's not attached, making it easy to lose. It would have been cooler if the cover were attached directly to the device with a small string. The battery compartment can be easily opened via a flap. In addition, are numerous carrying straps included included, but there is no tripod thread – for this it loses one point.

  • Eye-friendly application
The Nocpix Quest H50R offers an eye-friendly viewing experience thanks to new color palettes, including Crimson, which is particularly gentle on the eyes and enables rapid recovery. binocular design with adjustable eye relief and Diopter compensation ensures maximum comfort, as it most closely matches natural vision – we clearly noticed this in our test: The classic binocular design is significantly more comfortable for the eye than using a monocular. A particularly practical feature: The diopter adjustment can be individually adjusted for each eye. Great!
The R+ Image Enhancement combined with that 1920 x 1200 AMOLED display delivers exceptional clarity and precision. Furthermore, the Quest impresses with Solid rubber coating and an IP67 certificationwhich makes it waterproof and dustproof – ideal for demanding environments.
  • Sophisticated design
The Nocpix Quest H50R convinces with one thoughtful design for easy and convenient operation. The ergonomic, non-slip housing ensures a secure hold in every situation. The control is via a intuitive 4-button layout (On/Off, Menu, two arrow keys) and two centrally placed Central shoots – one for the focusing, one for the Zoom. focus works precisely and can be easily with one hand In addition, a intelligent eye sensor, whether the device is in use, which further increases efficiency and conserves battery life. The device is powered by standard 18650 batteries: the manufacturer claims 6 hours. We managed to get 4 hours out of our outdoor testing, although we were also out in particularly low temperatures.
  • Combined battery system for maximum flexibility
The QUEST series is equipped with a well thought-out dual battery design, the one integrated and a replaceable 18650 battery combinedThis solution allows for seamless battery changes without having to power down the device. This ensures uninterrupted operation, even during extended missions. The system not only offers extended operating time but also additional security, as a spare battery can be used at any time—ideal for extended observations.
