A built-in laser rangefinder with a range of up to 1 kilometer allows you to measure the distance in single measurement and continuous scanning modes with an accuracy of ± 1 meter, allowing you to quickly and accurately assess the situation.

Robust magnesium alloy housing

The PULSAR Axion 2 XQ35 LRF Axion is designed for constant, often tough use. The magnesium alloy housing is both light and robust. The housing reliably protects the internal components of a thermal imaging device against shocks, drops, moisture, heat or cold. At the same time, the metal housing dissipates heat from the electronics, minimizes image noise and increases the operational stability of the device during long-term observations.

Extended battery life. Up to 11 hours on one battery charge

A high-capacity rechargeable APS5 battery enables the thermal imager to operate for 11 hours continuously on a single charge.

The battery is charged in a charging cradle or within the device from a PC, a mains power system or a power bank via USB-C. The same sources are used to provide external power to a thermal imaging device.

Improved Wi-Fi connectivity with 2.4 / 5 GHZ waveband support

With the Axion 2 XQ thermal imaging cameras, the frequency range of the standard smartphone connection is supplemented by an effective 2,4 GHz range via a 5 GHz WiFi channel. The 5GHz connection provides better bandwidth, faster data transfer rate, immunity to noise and improved connection stability, resulting in more productive and easier operation of the thermal imager with a smartphone.

1300m detection range

A powerful F35/1,0 lens combined with a highly sensitive 384×288@17 µm thermal imaging sensor offers exceptional shooting capabilities. A standard object 1,8 m high can be detected in complete darkness at a distance of up to 1300 m.

The up to 4x digital zoom ensures improved sharpness and better recognition of an object at long distances. The zoom can be adjusted either gradually in 2x steps or continuously for a truly optimal field of view tailored to the respective situation.

Built-in photo and video recorder + Free 16GB cloud storage

The Axion 2 XQ has a built-in video recorder. The Axion 2 XQ's internal memory can store hours of videos and tens of thousands of photos. One press of a button is enough to take a photo of an interesting subject or start a video recording. The recordings are copied to a computer hard drive via a USB-C port.

Axion 2 XQ owners have 16 GB of storage space to store photos and videos taken with the device Pulsar-Cloud storage available. Simply install the Stream Vision 2 mobile application, log in and connect the device to a smartphone via WiFi.

A selection of 8 color palettes

A choice of 8 color palettes allows the user to better observe their field of view, optimize the device for specific tasks and respond to changing observation conditions. White-Hot, Black-Hot and Red-Hot are optimal for detecting an object, Rainbow and Ultramarine increase the chances of detection and identification. Red monochrome, sepia and violet are best for long night observations.

Waterproof according to IPX7

Waterproof to IPX7 to protect against heavy rain, snow or other moisture influences. The device is designed to function properly even when submerged in water up to 30 meter deep for up to 1 minutes.
