HD sensor
The Pulsar Forward FN455 has a highly sensitive CMOS sensor and stands out with its high resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and ensures precise detail imaging.

Increased night sensitivity
The use of modern electronic components and original program algorithms for signal processing ensure this PULSAR Forward FN455 has one of the highest sensitivity parameters in the infrared range (night sensitivity). This means that the Forward FN455 can be operated in deep twilight and often at night without an IR emitter. High sensitivity in the range of 900-950 nm allows the device to be used with “invisible” infrared emitters.

Powerful long-range infrared emitter
The PULSAR Forward FN455 is equipped with a removable invisible (940 nm) infrared illuminator. Three-stage power adjustment guarantees effective illumination of the observation object according to the situation.

High night sensitivity, resolution of the display and sensor, large range of brightness and contrast settings, high-quality high-performance optics and powerful infrared emitter for night operation offer a detection distance of 450 to 500 meters.

Integrated video recorder
With the built-in video recorder of the Forward FN455, video and photo recording run smoothly. Video and photo files are backed up to internal storage and can be transferred via a smartphone or laptop via Wi-Fi or cable using the Stream Vision app.

Quick-change B-pack accumulator batteries with a long service life
The Forward FN455 works with the B-Pack autonomous power system. The quick-change IPS5 (5 Ah) power supply unit fits into a special compartment and ensures 6 hours of operation in the maximum activated mode, more powerful IPS7 (6,5 Ah), IPS10 (10 Ah) and IPS14 (13,2 Ah) battery packs are available optionally applicable. Quickly changeable, wireless and long-lasting.

Quick shift
The switch-on time is less than 3 seconds after the On button has been activated.

Stream vision app. Remote control, operation and live YouTube streaming with smartphone application

Upgradable firmware

Firmware algorithm of increasing sensitivity SumLight
SumLight function increases the sensitivity of the sensor, allowing passive observation (IR illuminator off) in low lighting conditions. The firmware activates the algorithm automatically: the sensor's secondary pixels and grids are summed, thereby increasing the sensitivity of the device without loss of image quality.

Completely waterproof IPX7
The Pulsar Forward FN455 is completely waterproof and offers IPX7 water protection. The device works in precipitation of any intensity and can withstand short periods of submersion.

Operating temperatures from -25 to +50°C
The Forward FN455 night vision attachment guarantees effective operation at low temperatures - down to minus -25°C. The frost-resistant AMOLED display ensures a sharp, blur-free image when observing in motion.
