The PULSAR Merger XP50 LRF has the classic design of daylight binoculars. With its small form factor, these thermal imaging binoculars fit comfortably in the hand, while still offering attractive external aesthetics and exemplary ergonomics. The six function keys are located in the convenient access zone and the most frequently used digital device functions can be activated with a single touch.

Comfortable viewing experience

The optical design of the thermal imaging binoculars is completely tailored to the nature of human vision. Naturally, a person absorbs information from vision through two visual channels at the same time. Seeing with two eyes is less tiring than seeing with one eye. This means better detection of small or faint objects and better performance in low-contrast scenarios than comparable monocular thermal imaging devices of the same technical level.

The Pulsar Forward FN455S / F455S (without eyepiece) is the successor to the successful FN455 with a new IR brightener. The highly sensitive CMOS sensor impresses with its very high resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, which delivers a high-contrast black and white image, making it a very good digital night vision device at a low price.

Increased night sensitivity

The use of modern electronic components and original software optimization of signal processing ensure the Forward F(N)455S one of the highest sensitivity parameters in the infrared range (night sensitivity). This means that the Forward can be operated in deep twilight and often at night without an IR emitter. High sensitivity in the range of 900-950 nm allows the device to be used with “invisible” infrared emitters.
