Pulsar Merger LRF XP35 – Classic design in a compact size

The LRF XP35 models from Merger have the classic design of daylight binoculars. The 35mm model offers a more compact form factor. European-made, highly sensitive 640×480 thermal imaging sensor with a NETD of less than 25 mK

A highly sensitive European thermal imaging sensor with a NETD of less than 25 mK captures minimal temperature differences when observing in conditions of low temperature contrast, as well as in rain or fog. The resolution of 640×480 pixels ensures reliable identification of the piece, high-quality visualization of important anatomical features of the animal as well as the smallest details of the environment.

Largest field of view of 17,8° in the thermal imaging binoculars category

The 640 × 480 / 17µm sensor offers the widest field of view in the Merger LRF series at 17,8 degrees. The wide field of view simplifies scanning and detecting hot objects, minimizes the effects of image blur and increases situational awareness. Excellent image detail at base magnification combined with a wide field of view ensure improved visual comfort and better perception of the scene.

Built-in precise rangefinder

A built-in rangefinder with a range of up to 1 kilometer enables distances to be measured in single and continuous measurement mode with an accuracy of up to 1 meter. This enables a quick and error-free assessment of the situation.

Comfort of observation with both eyes

The optical design of the Merger LRF binoculars is perfectly adapted to people's natural vision. Because humans receive visual information through two visual channels simultaneously, seeing with both eyes is less tiring than seeing with just one eye. This results in better detection of small or faint objects and better performance in low-contrast scenarios than comparable monocular thermal imaging devices.

The eye relief of the Merger LRF binoculars is adjustable from 62 to 74 mm to adapt to the individual physiognomy of each user.

High-contrast HD AMOLED screens

The merger's HD AMOLED screens deliver a sharp, high-contrast and colorful field of view. AMOLED technology ensures a flawless, smooth, high-resolution image while saving power.

Sensitivity enhancement in three levels

The selection of the signal gain level in combination with new filtering algorithms and fine brightness and contrast settings provides great opportunities for long-distance observation in various weather and temperature conditions. The gain setting helps define the trophy features of animals and ensures a clear representation of objects and the background in the field of view.

A selection of 8 color palettes

A choice of 8 color palettes allows the user to better observe their field of view, optimize the device for specific tasks and adapt to changing observation conditions. Hot White, Hot Black and Hot Red are optimal for object detection, while Rainbow and Ultramarine increase the chances of detection and identification. Red monochrome, sepia and violet are best for long-term viewing at night.

Distance sensor for darkened use

Observing in the dark requires a covert approach so that the hunted animals are not frightened by your presence. Usually, the "screen off" function in standby mode can prevent light from leaking out of the eyepieces.

To make things easier, the Merger LRF has a built-in distance sensor. This serves as a screen switch to prevent light from escaping in the dark. When the device is removed from your eyes, the distance sensor turns off both screens. When the device is brought closer to the eyes, both screens turn on with excellent image quality.

Double battery system for up to 9 hours of continuous operation

The Merger LRF is powered by two batteries: a built-in battery with a capacity of 4 Ah and a removable battery with a capacity of 3,2 Ah. A single charge ensures up to 9 hours of battery life. The orientation of the replaceable batteries can be easily felt using an imprint on the housing, so that they can be replaced quickly and safely in complete darkness.

Integrated photo and video recorder with 16 GB of internal memory

The Merger LRF has a built-in video recorder. The Merger LRF's internal memory can store several hours of video footage and tens of thousands of photos. One press of a button is enough to take a photo of an interesting scene or start a video recording. Downloading files is easy via USB Type-C or via a mobile app.

Stream Vision 2: Wi-Fi integration with iOS and Android devices

The integrated Wi-Fi connects the Merger LRF to Android and iOS smartphones via the Stream Vision 2 mobile application. This opens up a variety of possibilities, such as wireless software updates of the device, real-time image transmission from the device to the smartphone screen, the Share captured photo and video content on social media or messengers, remotely control digital device features, and access the latest news from Pulsar.

Robust magnesium alloy housing

The Merger LRF is designed for constant, often harsh use. The magnesium alloy housing is light and robust at the same time. It reliably protects the internal components of the thermal imaging device against shocks, falls, moisture, heat or cold. At the same time, the metal housing effectively dissipates heat from the electronics and increases the durability of the device's operation during long-term observation.

Waterproof according to IPX7

IPX7 waterproof rating to protect against heavy rain, snow or other moisture. The device is designed to function properly even when submerged in water up to 30 meter deep for up to 1 minutes.

Wide operating temperature range

The housing, power section, optics and electronics of the Merger LRF are designed for use in a wide temperature range. The Merger ensures reliable and effective performance in icy cold down to -25°C and in heat up to +50°C.
