The Mate series are attachment devices of a new generation with high-performance thermal imaging sensors.
Infiray is an absolute specialist in thermal imaging development and has been able to improve and further develop the CH50 series.
Unlike night vision devices that rely on image enhancement, the Mate MAL38 does not require an external light source and is not affected by strong light.
The Infiray Mate MAL38 is the little brother of the MAH50 and therefore has a wide range of applications in the upper middle class. In addition, the new Mate series impresses with a DUAL battery system and low weight.

The unique features and functionality of the usability with a removable remote control, which can be easily inserted into and removed from the MAL38, leaves you speechless.
With the MATE series, the variable magnification of the optics used can be used to its full extent without any restrictions. This means that magnifications of up to 10x on the glass are easily possible and in combination with the memory for different glass profiles, which provides extra storage space for glasses with high basic magnification, all important displays are still visible.

Greater Precision

The Infiray Mate MAL38 Clip-On can be quickly and easily mounted on the existing daylight optics when darkness falls. It can be removed just as easily on the next hunt without affecting the precision of the daylight optics. In addition, the MAL38 allows hunters to continue to use the precise scales of the daylight optics without changing their nighttime routine.

Integrated Remote Control

The remote control of the Infiray Mate MAL38 can be detached from the device and remains ready for use for up to 30 days on one battery charge. The control unit can be flexibly attached to the equipment using the included bracket.

Compatibility with Magnifying Daylight Optics

The high-quality optical imaging system of the new Infiray The Mate series is also compatible with daylight optics with higher magnification. Here, too, you can set and save up to four glass profiles for different optics.

New Scene Modes

For clear and detailed images, three different image modes are available - forest, flatland and city - which can be easily adjusted depending on the environment.

Magnesium Alloy

The Infiray Mate series is made of a new magnesium alloy that reduces weight by 50% without changing size, while increasing structural strength by 60% to ensure maximum stability even under strong impacts.

Dual Use

The Infiray Mate can be converted into a handheld monocular thermal imaging device using the IOM-4×24-1 universal adapter (sold separately).
In monocular mode, up to 4x digital zoom is available.
