Infiray Mate MAL25 – A new generation of thermal imaging devices

The Mate series is the latest generation of Infiray with high-performance thermal imaging sensors. The new and robust design impresses with its perfect handling. Unlike conventional thermal imaging devices, the Mate series does not require an external light source. Even in adverse weather conditions such as fog or rain, the MAL25 impresses with excellent image quality.

With the Infiray Mate MAL25 closes Infiray An important gap between the MAL38 and MAH50. Although the outward appearance doesn't immediately reveal it, the secret lies within. Finally, passionate users get a highly advanced thermal imaging device that, with an 18-meter field of view, focuses on 100 meters or shorter distances.

Mounting the MATE series offers the same convenience as using the glass without a thermal imaging device. All settings are made only on the thermal imaging device, so this does not have to be done on the glass itself.

With the Mate MAL25 you can continue to use the variable magnification of the glass used without any restrictions! The manufacturer itself recommends optimal use of up to 5x magnification on the glass. Even during our test trips, a magnification of 6-8x on the glass was possible without any problems.

Greater Precision

The Infiray Mate MAL25 can be installed quickly and without readjustment on the glass at nightfall using a smart clip adapter. The device's features are precisely aligned at the factory, enabling a level of precision that was previously rare.

The memory with the option to save 4 profiles expands the application of the MAL25. It can therefore be used on multiple glasses or individual usage profiles.

Integrated Remote Control

The keypad of the Infiray Mate MAL25 can be removed from the case and attached to any position on the equipment using the included mount.
Thanks to the low power consumption of the remote control, it is reliably available; the battery life of the remote control is approx. 30 days.

Video and WiFi connection

The integrated 32 GB memory allows you to record video sequences or photos and the built-in WiFi module connects the device to Android and IOS smartphones via the Infiray Outdoor app or transfers the image to a cell phone or tab.

New Scene Modes

To ensure high-resolution images at all times, three different scene-based image algorithms (forest, plain, city) are provided for your different application environments.

Magnesium Alloy

The Infiray-Mate series is designed with the new magnesium alloy material. This provides a weight saving of 50% without changing the overall size. The structural strength has been increased by 60% to ensure stability even under strong impacts.

External battery

The new one is also included in delivery Infiray-Battery pack IBP-4. This can easily be connected via the USB-C interface and that Infiray Supply Mate MAL25 with additional power directly in use.

This ensures optimal use of the internal battery, with up to 4 hours and an optimal extension of another 4 hours via the IBP7 battery pack. This means that a system battery life of up to 12 hours is available for night-time use. (depending on temperature, WiFi off)
